{"id":1369,"date":"2026-02-09T16:06:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T16:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apexmovementculture.com\/?p=1369"},"modified":"2026-03-03T16:08:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T16:08:45","slug":"que-tengo-que-comer-antes-y-despues-de-entrenar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apexmovementculture.com\/en\/que-tengo-que-comer-antes-y-despues-de-entrenar\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e9 comer antes y despu\u00e9s de entrenar para maximizar resultados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seguro que te ha pasado alguna vez: llegas al gimnasio o sales a correr y, a los diez minutos, sientes que te falta el aire, te da una \u00abp\u00e1jara\u00bb o notas el est\u00f3mago s\u00faper pesado porque acabas de merendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las dudas m\u00e1s repetidas que escuchamos en nuestra consulta de nutrici\u00f3n y entrenamiento en Barcelona es: <strong>\u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 tengo que comer para rendir bien y no sentirme mal?\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>Apex Movement Culture<\/strong> sabemos que entrenar duro es solo una parte de la ecuaci\u00f3n. La otra mitad, igual de importante, es la gasolina que le echas a tu cuerpo. Si no comes lo adecuado, estar\u00e1s tirando por la borda gran parte de tu esfuerzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy vamos a explicarte, sin palabras raras ni tecnicismos, exactamente qu\u00e9 comer antes y despu\u00e9s de entrenar para sacarle el m\u00e1ximo partido a tus sesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La regla b\u00e1sica: La gasolina y los ladrillos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que sea s\u00faper f\u00e1cil de recordar, piensa en tu cuerpo como si fuera la obra de una casa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los carbohidratos (hidratos de carbono)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Son la <strong>gasolina<\/strong> de los trabajadores. Te dan la energ\u00eda r\u00e1pida que necesitas para levantar peso o aguantar corriendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las prote\u00ednas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Son los <strong>ladrillos<\/strong>. Sirven para construir, reparar el m\u00fasculo que has fatigado y recuperarte para el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabiendo esto, vamos a ver c\u00f3mo repartirlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comer ANTES de entrenar (El Pre-entreno)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de la comida pre-entreno es darte energ\u00eda a tope sin que te duela la barriga mientras haces ejercicio. Aqu\u00ed, el rey indiscutible es el <strong>carbohidrato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El momento en el que comes marca la diferencia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si comes 2 o 3 horas antes de entrenar:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienes tiempo de sobra para hacer la digesti\u00f3n. Puedes hacer una comida completa y normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ejemplo ideal:<\/strong> Un plato de arroz con pollo, o pasta con un poco de carne magra. Tambi\u00e9n vale un buen bocadillo de pan integral con pavo o at\u00fan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El consejo:<\/strong> Evita las comidas muy grasientas (como fritos o salsas pesadas) porque tardan much\u00edsimo en digerirse y te sentir\u00e1s pesado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si comes 30 a 60 minutos antes de entrenar:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed no hay tiempo para digestiones largas. Necesitas energ\u00eda r\u00e1pida que vaya directa a la sangre. Olv\u00eddate de las grasas y de la fibra excesiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ejemplo ideal:<\/strong> Un pl\u00e1tano (es el rey indiscutible), una tostada de pan blanco con mermelada, un pu\u00f1ado peque\u00f1o de pasas o d\u00e1tiles, o un yogur natural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El consejo:<\/strong> Si vas a entrenar a las 7:00 de la ma\u00f1ana y no te entra nada s\u00f3lido, no pasa nada. Puedes tomarte un caf\u00e9 solo (la cafe\u00edna da un plus de energ\u00eda genial) y quiz\u00e1s medio pl\u00e1tano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 comer DESPU\u00c9S de entrenar (El Post-entreno)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Has terminado de sudar, te has duchado y toca recuperar. Durante el entrenamiento, has vaciado tus reservas de energ\u00eda y has creado peque\u00f1as \u00abmicrorroturas\u00bb en tus m\u00fasculos (es normal, as\u00ed es como crecen y se fortalecen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo ahora es <strong>recargar la gasolina y poner los ladrillos<\/strong> para reparar el cuerpo y evitar unas agujetas mortales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesitas?<\/strong> Una combinaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ejemplo ideal si es hora de comer o cenar:<\/strong> Un buen filete de pescado, pollo o tofu (prote\u00edna) acompa\u00f1ado de patata asada, boniato o arroz (carbohidratos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ejemplo ideal si es un tentempi\u00e9:<\/strong> Un yogur griego o k\u00e9fir con fruta troceada, un batido de prote\u00edna de suero (whey) con un pl\u00e1tano, o un par de huevos revueltos con una rebanada de pan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un mito que debes olvidar:<\/strong> No hace falta que te comas el t\u00e1per de arroz con pollo en el vestuario a los 5 minutos de acabar. La famosa \u00abventana anab\u00f3lica\u00bb dura horas. Tienes margen para llegar a casa, ducharte tranquilamente y cenar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEs importante hidratarse? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos hablar maravillas de la comida, pero si est\u00e1s deshidratado, tu rendimiento caer\u00e1 en picado y el riesgo de lesi\u00f3n (como calambres o tirones) aumentar\u00e1 much\u00edsimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bebe agua durante todo el d\u00eda. Durante el entreno, da peque\u00f1os sorbos, especialmente si est\u00e1s sudando mucho en pleno verano en Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutrici\u00f3n y entrenamiento de la mano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saber la teor\u00eda est\u00e1 genial, pero cada cuerpo es un mundo. No necesita la misma gasolina alguien que va a hacer una clase suave de movilidad, que alguien que va a hacer una sesi\u00f3n intensa de fuerza o a correr 15 kil\u00f3metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>Apex Movement Culture<\/strong> no creemos en dietas gen\u00e9ricas de caj\u00f3n.
